One of our senior-level team members comes onsite and works with your team during their regular shift to fix problems and teach them how to be a manager, not a key holder. No matter how many managers you have the cost is the same price for the 7-day boot camp. On day one our team members will observe the operation from open to close and then the fun starts on the 2nd day with our team members interacting with your managers and staff to fix issues at your operation so you are able to maximize profits. Upon completion of the 7-Day boot camp, HRBUniversal will create a detailed report of what we encountered on site with solutions to be put in place in order to achieve stability & profitability of your operation.
